When you book a course with HCS Safety, we use a programme known as Booking Bug. This programme stores only the information that you have provided whilst booking a training course. It is only accessible to HCS and is used to contact you regarding your training and subsequent certification.
All customers of HCS Safety who partake in products of monetary value, including training and services, will have data held on our Sage account. This data is only accessible by HCS and will only be used for invoicing and payment purposes.
Sending information over the internet is generally not completely secure, and we can’t guarantee the security of your data while it’s in transit.

We have procedures and security features in place to keep your data secure once we receive it.
We will not share your information with any other organisations for marketing, market research or commercial purposes, and we don’t pass on your details to other websites.

Part of your Membership with HCS is that we keep you up to date with Newsletters, Safety Alerts and relevant updates. These communications are made with your personally nominated email address and contact information provided by you at sign up.
We also use your logo and supply a link to your business website from our own website, hcssafety.co.uk as agreed to in your Membership terms and Conditions. However, you have the right to opt out of this at any time by providing written confirmation to either email@example.com or by letter to our business address.
Hcssafety.co.uk also contains links to other websites that are outside of our control, for example links to our Member Client’s websites, relevant blogs or services.
