In force since April 2007, the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations integrate the existing CDM Regulations 1994 with the Construction (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1996.

New duties for the client to the role of Safety Coordinator (formerly Planning Supervisor) and alterations to the

documentation requirements make this training essential for Clients, Designers, Coordinators, Principal Contractors and trade Contractors.

We will examine the new roles for the duty holders, documentation requirements and see how these fit together in their updated form.
