About Us

	Zoë Drew CMIOSH Zoë has been working in construction safety for 10 years and works both on site and in the classroom; she holds a NEBOSH Diploma part 1 and 2, and is a Chartered Safety and Health Practitioner and member of IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety & Health). Zoë has been teaching health and safety to operatives and management alike for 8 years and is lead tutor for the NEBOSH Construction Certificate. Zoe is the Managing Director of HCS Safety Ltd.
	Ian Ball Ian founded HCS Safety's parent company, Hampshire Construction Services Ltd in 1996. Ian provides CDM Coordinator Services to various clients and also carries out project management work, site safety inspections, safety documentation and even the occasional asbestos survey. Ian is a Director of HCS Safety Ltd.
	Justin Woods AIIRSM Tech IOSH MAPS Justin has been working in construction since 1995 and has considerable experience as a site manager and project manager before entering the world of construction safety. Justin teachers on our NEBOSH Construction Certificate; he is also our Practical Plant trainer, carrying out operator assessments for Forklifts, Excavators and Dumpers, Abrasive Wheels and CAT & Genny.
	Lee Howard PGDIpSurv.MCIOB Lee has worked within the construction industry for over 25 years as a Site Manager and Construction Manager working on a variety of projects. Lee joined HCS in 2009 where he is now an invaluable part of the team. Lee shares his time between looking after our member clients, training in the classroom, CDM Coordinator work, site inspections and anything else that comes his way.
	Estell Guest Tech IOSH Estell has been working for HCS Safety since 2007 and has more than 15 years experience in construction. Estell carries out site safety inspections and produces Construction Phase Plans and other documentation, as well as keeping our clients up to date with Health and Safety news. Estell holds both the NEBOSH General and Construction Certificates and is a Technician Safety Practitioner.
	Sara Lyons Sara is our office manager, she deals with all of our administration including organising the training courses and accounts and dealing with date to date enquiries. She also deals with our accrediting bodies, the CITB, NEBOSH and CIEH and looks after the certification and administration once the courses are complete.
	Sam Cherry Sam is our administration assistant. She is on hand to answer your phone calls and look after the office every day from 9-5.
